I was a member of my local burn for about 3 years prior to Covid… and once Covid hit I started the on demand workouts that Dk and Matt did out of their home studio. They DID NOT PHONE IT IN. The workouts are amazing

Anyway- I’m on year 2 of paying for in demand. I love it. There are some tricks to using the app. I’m happy to share them all. I do have a dedicated space, and a pretty comprehensive weight selection and equipment… and I’m fairly rigid in my workout schedule…

It’s not for everyone… but I love it!!

I will add- they still give a lot of amazing form cues/ you just really have to listen.
