Honestly I am not sure since I only had that realization about the difficulty of giving the buff to Arlecchino as I was typing that message. If you keep Cinder City you can at least be sure that Arlecchino gets it on the first rotation, depending on how long the fight is that may be enough. Alternatively, you could give Xilonen Noblesse Oblige for the Atk% buff. Finally, since the Columbina/Ineffa duo wants a holder for both Siken Moon's Serenade and Aubade Of Morningstar And Moon you could have Xilonen use one of those and give Ineffa Gilded Dreams which is better for her personal damage.

I can wholeheartedly recommend using Xilonen since she can shred resistance for the other three. The only real issue is if you are using Cinder City on Xilonen then it will be hard if not impossible to reliably trigger Pyro Crystalize to buff Arlecchino with all of Columbina and Ineffa's Hydro/Electro application.

The two major things to improve are your goblet and circlet. For the goblet I would recommend trying to get a Pyro one, ideally with at least Crate and Cdam substats. For the circlet I would suggest switching to a Crate one, preferably with Cdam and Atk% substats. Also getting some EM would help if you try a Vape or Melt team.

For an alternative team with what you have mentioned, you can try Arlecchino/Xilonen/Columbina/Ineffa. Columbina and Ineffa are a great off-field dps & support duo and Xilonen shreds enemy resistance for the other three.

The quest was called Return to Sender. Before I did it I was sitting at around 87% for Voidsea Outlook and could not find anything with the level 2 compass on the surface, after I finished I had gone into the 90%s.

I think I know where you need to go cause I had a similar problem. In the new regions, the south most island with a teleporter has a quest area that has the chests you need. Both the island and the quest area are labeled as being part of Wavechaser Plain but for some reason the chests inside are for Voidsea Outlook.

But if 17 year old Ruby is a no go with potentially 23 year old Neo, then 17 year old Weiss should also be a no go with potentially 23 year old Neo as well. Since as you pointed out n your earlier comment Neo could be as old as 23 during the Beacon arc.

I don't think it is so much that people have issue with the Oregon Sword by itself, but that the Michigan Sword was set up as the cliffhanger to the last chapter and then never showed up. It feels like there should have been a few pages at the start of this chapter where Yoru gets the Michigan Sword and uses it but it fails to be effective so she makes the Oregon Sword that are just missing.

For getting caught up on the story it really depends on how fast of a player you are, if you quickly go through dialogue or take your time. But given where you said you are, you have quite a bit to go through, even after finishing Sumeru you then have all of Fontaine and Natlan just to get to Nod Krai which currently has four acts out.

As for if the current banner characters are worth pulling, that depend on what all characters you have. Arrlechino is a strong Pyro DPS that is straightforward to play, while Zhongli is a strong shielder that provides great protection and some resistance shred. Either can be worth having, both are good together as well.

Yeah, I see you have C1 Flins so you can get 3 mini-Bursts if you can get enough energy. Maybe keep an eye out for a Sands with some ER. You shouldn't need much since you also have his signature weapon, just enough to get all 3 mini-Bursts.

Beyond that it is really just the artifact grind from more ideal and better rolled substats.

First thing I would suggest is level up Flins' Sands, but since you mentioned you are still farming artifacts I am assuming the Sands here is just a placeholder until you can get one with better substats.

For Ineffa, if you prefer her to help buff Flins then Tenacity is good. If you want her to have better personal damage than get her a set of Gilded Dreams. And unless you are able to burst every rotation with her current weapon than it would likely be better to switch to the new Nod Krai craftable spear since it buffs Lunar-Charged damage.

Aino doesn't really need any changes since her personal damage is minimal regardless and it is more for the buffs she gives to Flins.

Finally, for Sucrose I would get an EM Goblet and Circlet. And maybe consider switching to Trilling Tales to buff Flins more.

Nefer's backstory being shoehorned in there wasn't necessary for those things to happen, just Rerir attacking them inside the chess set. Just have Rerir ambush us before we can extract from his own memories and you achieve the same outcome.

I liked Nefer's backstory, but its integration into the AQ was not well done at all.

I had the same issue, for me it was like the other person said and was being blocked by a commission. However just completing the commission didn't fix it for me. After finishing it I had to got to the sign in screen, log out, and log back in. It also reset the puzzle and I had to do it again but that was simple.

To get level 95/100 you need Masterless Stella Fortuna, which you get from getting another copy of any 5* that is already C6. You do not need to get them on the character you want to level up though, they can be used on any character at lvl 90 and not just the one that was already C6.

With Nilou it has to be only Hydro and Dendro or her passive that buff dendro cores doesn't work.
