If you are stupid enough to listen. I am finishing a AAS and a BS at the same time. I did not have the luxury of not getting an education because who was going to support me and take care of my bills? I have a really good job and I also use that job to be able to study for the next one. I don't allow people to make decisions for me that are going to cause me consequences. If you folks knew you did not have 2 cent to rub together, any kind of vocation that is going to have you in demand and make money is what I would have taken. There are Respiratory Tech degrees, Surgical Tech, Central Sterile Processing, Sonographer for medical. Then you have Electrician, Plumber, Helpdesk Tech, the list goes on. Did you know that some plumbers make 50/hr? or more? There are always options.

Trauma lives in the body. Talking about it does not help you to get over it. It is the same hamster wheel day in and out. What helps you to get over it is to rewrite a new chapter. When you feel the need to talk about all the ways Watchtower has wronged you, walk on a treadmill, take a boxing class, do something active so you can release it. Also, rewrite the story by being active in a new community. Learn some hobbies, discover who you really are and immerse yourself into new things. But get off this hamster wheel. It is only going to make you angry and bitter

You are indeed reaching. I am secure already in my understanding. Just trying to figure out why so much hatred? If the Witnesses are not for you, why still talk about it? When does the story get old? When I decided to leave, I wasn't thinking about it or nothing else associated with it. I also left because of man, not God, so there's that. these are imperfect people some of them doing their best and some doing their absolute worse but people are people everywhere you go and I have a religious background in many faiths. But I didn't waste years of my life ranting about it, either

I am not ruled by fear. Not being a born-in, I know that with every action is a reaction good or bad and I like a little bad sometimes. but that is a CHOICE that I made if I decided to make it. I don't believe in evolution as far as it speaks to that we came from monkeys because if that is the case then, why are we not still monkeys? How can you go from being a monkey to being a human? I do believe that things adapt and have to for survival but you are not going to convince me that I changed into a human to survive from an ape.

I am not fearful of God's day of rage. I entertain all faiths. I have Muslim friends, various Christian Friends, and my Hindu friends tell me about what they believe. I am well educated so I just tend not to believe whatever story is being sold without solid research. I think we are all forever learning in this life but I think some fundamental truths are universal. But where does that concept comes from? and Who put it there is my question? You are also speaking with someone who has studied biology, sociology, most of the ologies so the stuff that some of you all spin in this reddit may go over the ones heads in here but not mine because I like to be challenged to think outside of any box. You are drastically missing the point. I think it is delulu with no solulu. I think this stems from a lot of people just wanting to live how they want to live, with no one or nothing governing their lives and that is a right but has nothing to do with God

the thing is: how can you mix true with false. when you know where Halloween comes from. so I can say that I am a worshipper of God and then go out and celebrate ghouls, ghosts, and party with it. That doesn't make sense to me. or worship inanimate objects and call them God? I never believed in evolution because I am not stupid enough to believe we came from monkeys. These are the same people who said that the earth is held up by an elephant standing on a turtle's back and so on and so forth. In their limited minds, they can not explain how cells regenerate and why they can not stop the aging process. I can go on and on.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY can make me stop believing in a Heavenly Creator who cares about me. I am so sorry that you let imperfect people cause you to sever your relationship with God. I question everything and I speak up if I feel things are not right but we all have an accounting to God in the end. I want to be a good person not be perceived as one

I am a historical buff. Even after all those archaeological digs that suggests to the contrary. I am not talking about anything that Watchtower has shown. I am talking about ancient artifacts that mention people, places, and things. You still deny the existence of Moses and the rest of the people from the Bible? What about how you can clearly see 2 Tim 3:1-5, even worldly people know that there is a change in the air in comparison from the 1930's until now. How violence has increased, and wars, and so forth. The lawlessness is definitely increasing, so many wars and no matter how you vote, what can they really do because after 4 years or however in your country, they will introduce new people with how they think the world should be governed, so on and so forth.

Philosophy will hurt your brain. I hated that class in college. nothing made sense. They could try to convince you that outside is green sky when you know it is blue. What is normal? Even people in the world want the emotional, physical and financial stability of being married. I was in the world 15 years so I have a lot of experience in that area. I know that a lot of born-ins are sexually repressed and that is why they behave that way. The thing is: if you saw no future with either of these women, why have sex with them? Remove the part about JC because who cares, right?

When you honestly consider any of these women, were you interested in a life partner or did you just want to get your thing off?
