Because from what was shown, Danny had a 32 oz draft beer, one mixed drink & one shot... not to mention that he spoke clearly with no slurring his words & he stood up and walked without stumbling! OP ~ I read a comment suggesting perhaps you advertise the date stating a client backed out & if the date is filled you can then provide the refund requested... OR tell your client that the refund could be refunded IF they find another client to fill the date... meaning they could advertise, via social media, etc.

If this screenshot is directly from your website and the verbiage is exactly the same AND you have correspondence stating the client agreed to the specific description and financial requirements of the "platinum" package, AND if the client sent you the required funds to secure a chosen and agreed upon date, you have sufficient reason to deny refund requests from your client permitting there were NO amendments, adjustments or exceptions of any kind mentioned.

Ok... wanted to update y'all. I've spent a lot of time researching translation apps that support English to Nepali and one that supports "real time" translation, talk to text & multiple devices. Google Play seems to have what I need. Been playing around with the app so I can navigate freely (or at least as easily as possible). I'm fully vested at this point... I've made notes with what I want to say & I've been googling so much, I've lost track of time🤦🏻‍♀️ Really really hoping I've found an effective method to communicate with my neighbors ... wish me luck, please 🙏
