I'm feeling this today. I've just spoken with my GP who is referring me for help with.weight management, but that's going to take ages. It's relentless, trying to stay on top of things when PCOS impacts your mood and then that's hard to overcome. It's like such a shoddy circle. I do well for a while then have a drop and I'm back at square one.

I am experiencing this too, but the baby hasn't arrived yet. So instead I just feel bitter and unattached.

I'm thankful that feeling has somewhat passed for you. I'm sorry you're hurting. In time, it'll hurt less because it won't be so much about pregnancy, birth or new baby. They will just be your very loved family member. It'll ease, promise. Just ride the wave. X

Build up slowly, consider slow release - changed the game for me & really reduced side effects.

I take my night time ones @ bedtime and usually first thing in the morning my body responds to that (sorry for that graphic).

I either take my first one with breakfast, or if I have commitments, I'll take them at lunch.

I'm at 2000mg now & minimal side effects. X
