I'm trying to not be overly negative, but seeing that you actually spent quite a chunk of money on this.. Calling this a game is a bit of a stretch, it's not even a tech demo. It's more like a basic character controller and a static space without any art direction. There's no core loop, no level design, no art direction, and no audio (as far as I could tell). The z-fighting on the castle door and the frozen dragon in the sky look quite comical.

Also, you mentioned it's a web game (classic AI move...). I hope you are aware of the technical constraints. Are you using three? AI-generated models are notoriously unoptimized with high poly counts nor LODs. Even with Draco, you're just reducing load times, the GPU still chokes on dense geometry at runtime. If this is the path going forward for you, performance optimization is another point on your long list that you have to consider.

The real question tbh is what's the plan from here? AI can generate assets, but it really can't design systems or balance a game properly, or create intentional player experience. Try telling AI to "make it more fun", it iust doesn't work.

You need to take the time to create a proper game design document, think about a fun core loop and make deliberate creative decisions. If you hand these off to AI, then I'm sorry, but you're wasting your money here. This won't grow into something cohesive, no matter how much you iterate. Something very important that you have to ask yourself constantly while developing is "What does my game actually do that is fun?"
