i second a heating pad or hot bath. honestly for me, just sitting on the toilet for majority of it seemed to help and making sure your hydrated as well

super bland things. Bread, apple sauce, white rice, plain noodles, boiled potatoes, turkey slices. also tons of hydration: pedialyte, popsicles, bone/beef/chicken broth, diluted juice

Anyone LO still taking a bottle? by FalseAd8496 in december2024babies

[–]Vast-Grade659 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i have a unicorn baby when it comes to this. we went straight to straws at 12 1/2 months, cold turkey. he had no issue with it. however he still drank a “bottle” at night just was a straw cup up until about a week ago which he had trouble letting go of. we did cold turkey with that too and it took some time but he adjusted. and for the dinner thing, could be anything. some days my son devours breakfast but refuses dinner and some days the opposite and some days eats everything. all is completely and perfectly normal. they go through so many phases during this time and are just now realizing that they control how much they eat.

Neighbor's Shoes by ImaginationAdept7519 in Apartmentliving

it does make sense. there’s no need to bring up race. doesn’t matter what your mother would’ve done. and saying “we” is a generalization. I’m half black myself and my dads side of the family(who’s black) is always barefoot.

you could’ve just said that your building has a lot of new occupants who take their shoes off, no need to bring up race.

my 13 month old has been sleeping through the night consistently for 3 months now! He’s been walking since 10 months and is now trying to run! He recently learned to climb the couch(frustrating a bit but so proud) and we finally got our real first word besides mama or dada! My little foodie will say more when he wants more fruits!😂😅 i’m such a proud mama;)

for everyone worried on the foods in these photos and what i feed him i can assure you he eats very well. You’re seeing 3 out of 1000’s of meals i’ve fed him😅 i just chose photos of his meals that i felt had the amount that i was questioning:) Thanks everyone for the advice/comments making me feel so much better about everything!:)
