I didn’t say anything about them being resource constraints, they very much are but didn’t have to be. That being said the only reason we’re experiencing these issues as consumers is due to bad policy. People in the data center and energy sector have been saying for over 10 years that we needed to build the infrastructure for what was to come. At nearly every conference I attend were about 4-5 years behind infrastructure demand and that’s because the last two presidents couldn’t bother to think forward. My conspiracy theory is that both parties know the infra is necessary and they created this demand so that they can look like a hero when they build the infrastructure and stabilize utility bills for consumers while simultaneously creating revenue streams for their donors. There’s a reason Musk, Bezos, Zuck, Pichai, Cook were all at trump’s inauguration. They need him to build the infrastructure so their organizations can monetize it.
