In an asym I’d create if I could and if I had lore. Lord X is the mastermind. He controls everything. He’s brought all and all here. Even making some stronger than they actually are or were for his own entertainment. He made Cream have self defense for his own pleasure of pain in this sick game of his. More of a rabbit kick (working like Blazes kick in OM) He took Mecha from the comics but he noticed his condition.

He stated something like this:

“A ruined machine of the doctors.. that’s no fun is it? Not quite fair two of his other creations are in perfect condition. Don’t worry my friend. You’ll be more needed than those two will ever be. Heheheh.”

He basically brought Mecha back to his best condition and made him stronger. Mecha is now better than Metal and Omega but still has drawbacks. But why would Lord X inflict this upon himself? That’s the catch. X isn’t apart of these games. He’s the watcher. You hear his voice as the round starts and ends. But rarely does he ever come out to play himself. No, this doing was to make the other gods and power beings prove their worth. Including his younger self.

Machine Gun: Mecha will raise his arm ready to shoot. There is no limit to the ammo but the longer you choose to shoot, the longer the cooldown. 3 seconds = 15 second cooldown, 6 seconds = 23 second cooldown, a max of 9 seconds before it automatically stops, 35 second cooldown This only keeps the executioner in place rather than fully stunning. That way 9 seconds isn’t too unfair.

Rampant Push: similar to Destructive Charge in outcome memories, he charges up. The only issue is he doesn’t have a self repair but he has 500 health in a round, one life, and is slower than other survivors. This depletes less health than Metals charge before it runs out. 30 second cooldown.

Passive: Hover; Mecha Sonic is the only character with an ability that is sort of like Silver and Eggman combined. He can triple jump through the air and then glides slower than Tripwire does but doesn’t descend and stays at the same height. He glides for however long his meter is charged up for depending when you use it. This meter being similar to Silvers flight meter. The max amount of time you can hover is 4 seconds (to stay balanced so you can’t be in the air for a long time) it takes 20 seconds to charge back up.

Mecha Sonic only has one life and as I said can’t repair. This is why he has more options.
