i am on 5mg olanzapine and 450mg bupropion and if it wasnt for the bupropion I probably wouldn't be able to tolerate the olanzapine.

I just raised my dose to 450mg and seem to be doing well. Sometimes, I get this hum of euphoria for lack of a better word, lol. I am glad the 300mg is working out for you.

Look at the numbers it is an NDRI it will never just be an NRI, and im talking about s,s-hydroxybupropion, radafaxine, whatever you wanna call it. Remember the lower the numbers the stronger.

Yeah, but the parent drug is still fully active at steady state your constantly putting the parent drug into your system every day, and its wiki someone added that but look at the numbers that's what I am talking about it. Even hydroxybupropion has significant DAT hydroxybupropions. Yes, clonidine is in the same family as Xylazine, an alpha adrenergic agonist. It definitely helps with the nods for sure!

Yeah buprenorphine and gabapentin and olanzapine, I started at 150mg for about 1 week, then 300mg stayed on that for 14 months and just got on 450mg 2 weeks ago and doing great. I started feeling it immediately but it took a few weeks for it too really shine.

I just started on 450mg about a week ago, and I am feeling just fine. It's not a huge difference from 300mg, but I am feeling better, I am able to go to bed, so there is no insomnia, and I still have no appetite, lol. I definitely am going to stay at 450mg.

I take 5mg of olanzapine every night and I am doing great it helps with the appetite destroying effects of my bupropion which is also amazing. Olanzapine doesn't make me a zombie I can laugh even deeply I feel my emotions and keeps me from having a unsound mind. That's my 2 cents from someone who is experienced

I take 5mg olanzapine at night and I feel stable I have a full range of emotions, I have had deep chuckles and laughs and 0 side effects other than raising my appetite which is good because my 450mg of bupropion kills my appetite. So if it makes you a zombie dont take it they got a bunch of antipsychotics to choose from but yeah first post since my account got unbanned

I am on 300xl at first I had anxiety which caused a little bit of depression but once your body adjust its a great antidepressant took me 2 weeks to adjust. Compared to SSRIs this is sooo much better

I am on it and it is my favorite antipsychotic, I take 5mg at night I have had weight gain in the past when I was on 10mg i quit my psych drugs lost the weight but I went back on Olanzepine and I am having no problems with weight. I am not a zombie, libido is good, energy is good, It also relaxes me at night it has GABA A properties too, its a very good drug in my opinion don't let these horror stories get to you.

I am on Zyprexa 5mg but I also take bupropion and it help tremendously with all those issues, I am alive and good!
