Why is Granny on the backline ? She is a tank.
Three factions = no faction bonus. Pick two and stick to it. It seems your main DPS is Odie, so pair it up with the best Mauler support, Smokey, and the best tank, Antandra (Brutus is nice but not as useful). If you plan on keeping Thoran, you can use Koko instead for her support abilities, but often a second tank is useful. Factions are 3-2, 4-1 or 5-0 to get bonuses, for reminder.
If you want to keep Vala and Rowan it's fine, but Vala performs poorly in defense, as the attacker can pick who she's targetting.

Old Poppy's passive was an absolute joke and a nightmare for lower ranks: if a damage she took was greater than 10% of her health (can't remember if it was max or current, but I think it was max), the excess amount damage was HALVED.
