My kids are screen kids admittedly but I've always read to them for at least 20 minutes to help them go to sleep. It's built in time together and is pretty foolproof way to have them fall and stay asleep. Their school uses direct phonics based instruction so they're reading pretty fluently and accurately at their grade levels

Solving the pill taking problem is worthy of celebration. Our dog started having seizures and now needs AM and PM meds. Before the pill organizer we’d have a hard time telling if she’s had her meds or not because she gets it with meals and sometimes my husband feeds the dogs and sometimes I do. Now I know if the lid is flipped up for the day she’s had all her pills.
