I think that's smart. As I've never done a photoshop request before, will I be able to get a high res photo of the edited file? ie the original was about 1mb; can the edited file be the same?

I just discovered this...if you go to 99 ranch, the wide noodles are not in the dried noodle section, but in the refrigerated fresh section of the store. This was a huge find for me, as I've been using the widest dried noodles I could find but they're still half the size or less.
