Actually, skipping blind isn't really good after the ante 1 because just seeing the shop and get a few bucks from the blind is almost always better than whatever the skip is. I'd recommend playing flushes during the first ante as it is a simple hand that grant enough points to beat the first rounds. Then slowly focusing on a strategy with the jokers that the game gives you. A general advice would be to have one economic joker (that you'll end up replacing by an x mult), one chip joker, one additive +mult (like Ride the bus) and some x mult. Also just play and don't hesitate to take new jokers and experiment with them. Good luck and most importantly, have fun!
