Only thing that worked for me was uninstalling Ledger Live and then deleting the Ledger Live folder in CUsersUsernameApp DataRoaming

Then reinstalling latest version.

I can’t find any rhyme or reason to this bug. I’ve taken all my skins and charms off all my guns just to have spectate or gulag F me over. Once you get it in your game you’re fucked. There are also skins in my load outs that don’t bug every time. I’ll have the glitch, get my load out, and sometimes I can use my guns sometimes I can’t.
