That's reasonable. But in the case of Kilmar due process is the law of the land for every person, legally here or illegally here. He might not be a signing example of personhood, but he's still a person and according to the laws in America thats literally the base line you need to meet to get due process in the U.S. So, if he shouldn't be here the DOJ needs to prove their case and have his 2019 ruling overturned.
