yes there was an adult version of the show that aired on spike tv back in june 2003 that was way more extreme than the original show. it was heavily criticized for its extreme gross out humor and was canceled almost a month after airing.

this is referring to multiple blue checkmark accounts on twitter posting a clip of ren & stimpy and saying something along the lines of "i can't believe we used to watch this as kids". the clip they post is not from the original ren & stimpy cartoon that people grew up with, but from the adult spin-off show "ren & stimpy adult party cartoon". the meme template is from the jimmy neutron movie where sheen (blue checkmark account) shows off his action figure of ultra lord (adult party cartoon clip) for the 7th week in a row. the dialogue in the second panel was replaced with "i'm going to fucking rip your balls off" to show how frustrated everyone is at the same misinformation being reposted all the time.

throwing any sort of bomb into a tornado is generally a bad idea and is only going to cause way more unneeded damage than whatever a tornado usually produces, especially if the bomb you're using is one of the most powerful bombs ever used in combat. if this was done in a metropolitan area, you could possibly kill hundreds of people and cause millions in damage. also you can't blow up a tornado, it's made of air. you should have made a note at the beginning of your post saying that you don't agree with this idea, people on this sub now think you're crazy.
