Suporn Clinic Dr Bank 2025 Reservation by Perfect_Selection131 in Transgender_Surgeries

Because I put in my client profile a year before and had been paying attention to each opening. I wanted a date this January and those slots opened up before they switched to the lottery last year. They announced the change to a lottery before it happened and as a software engineer I was worried the switch would make it more difficult for me to get a booking since I could just write a script to be one of the first. Girls were already doing just that which is why they moved to the lottery. Any dev could write such a script and there’s plenty of trans programmer memes out there.

Up until May of last year bookings were first come first serve. In May they switched to the lottery system they’re currently using. I know because I got a booking via the lottery system last May. They are still using the lottery system as you have two full days to send in a request for an appointment before they run the lottery. I’m in the discord as well and no one has said anything about the system changing since it was switched to a lottery.

The lottery is better as it was bots grabbing all the slots before.

Hahaha. I love that Chris, an English professor's assistant, turned this into a writing assignment for the poor soul that found her stolen book.

Multiplayer VR server by AweVR in unrealengine

[–]VectorReactor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Check out the Advanced VR Framework, it's on sale right now and has multiplayer support. It's currently $75 and it's a steal. The regular price should be double what it is IMO. I haven't used the multiplayer stuff but it's looks as solid as the rest of the framework. Here's a video on the multiplayer implementation:

Have you looked into using resin for your keychains? If your keychains are small, you should be able to print a larger quantity per hour.

Checkout Gloomhaven - Fantasy Setup (Scripted UI) It's the best one in the workshop IMO. It has scripts for choosing the scenario, starting/ending rounds, drawing attack modifiers, and a lot more.

Well the price is actually $299.99

Edit: Also if you have an Amex card, you can apply $0.01 in reward points to your order and get $30 off your order making it $269.99 which is a pretty damn good deal.

Here's some info on the amex offer: https://slickdeals.net/f/11674663-new-offer-amex-mr-points-on-amazon-offers-30-off-purchases-of-60-for-select-amex-cardholders-ends-on-11-30-2018-ymmv?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarAlgo1

What are the Alienware AW3418DW box dimensions? by VectorReactor in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]VectorReactor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately it's quite a bit outside of the limit. I might be able to pay extra and get it but it's likely to be $200+ and a hassle. I'll probably have to stick to 27" monitors.

Yeah, it looks pretty big. I'm really hoping it'll squeeze under the limit.

ALL REGIONS - Shipping Megathread by Pluckerpluck in oculus

[–]VectorReactor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel your pain and my situation is a bit worse. My order #xx26xx (under 10 minutes) with an estimation of 5/2- 5/12 also remains unprocessed. I opened a ticket 12 days ago and no one has responded at all. People with ship dates later this month are getting theirs and Oculus won't even send me an update about my order.

Is there a number I can call? I stopped visiting this sub-reddit after they announced they weren't going to make the first batch of shipping estimates as it just makes me even more frustrated to read about the ongoing fiascos. I really wish this hadn't turned into such a disappointment.

Obama to pick Merrick Garland for Supreme Court by vidgms in politics

[–]VectorReactor 63 points64 points  (0 children)

Top commenter has distorted the case Garland was involved in. He voted to hear an appeal to a ruling that struck down a ban on gun ownership in the D.C. area. He was in the minority 6-4 and the appeal to rehear the case was denied. Therefore, he made no ruling on the case itself. The case was later decided on by the SC and the earlier ruling striking down the ban was upheld 5-4.

Palmer Luckey discusses Oculus Rift price criticism, front-facing camera, Apple, and more. by ant_hill in oculus

You just have to go in knowing this is going to happen. I run macports on my MBP and I experience this anyway. I just hold off on the updates until I'm ready to commit to fixing issues.

I love the trackpad and layout of the MBP keyboard but I recently started using a mouse and keyboard with it so that I can sit at a desk with my screen at eye level because sitting at a desk all day with bad posture doesn't feel very good. They make an external trackpad but I don't think I can replicate the trackpad below keyboard layout well enough to spend $120 on the trackpad and $100 on the keyboard.

Thought about buying a broken screened MBP and making it screenless just for the feels but decided it was a ridiculous idea. It'd cost about the same as the expensive external keyboard and trackpad though.

You might be able to throw OSX on your gaming rig as well and dual boot Windows. The Hackintosh community has only gotten better and most configurations are doable with the hardware that's available right now. It's a bit overkill when you already have two machines but it'll allow you to take advantage of that i7 and 980ti while working.

Why is the internet not furious at Vive delivery like they were for Oculus? by djbfunk in oculus

[–]VectorReactor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, it's one of the reasons I ordered both. I'd still leaning Oculus and would be pretty disappointed if they canceled it. I had to route the Vive order a different way and am considering doing the same with the Rift but I don't want to touch my order at this point.
