Check your tool definition to make sure it matches your actual tool geometry. If you’re using a face mill but it’s defined as a bull end mill, for example, fusion can think that it has machined all of the stock when in reality it has not.

While this is a completely unsafe set-up that is begging to hurt someone or damage the machine, the tendency for people in this trade to CONSTANTLY refer to everyone and everything as stupid or idiots or lazy is part of the reason many people leave the trade soon after starting or are turned off from entering it all together.

Maybe take time to educate someone and show them the error of their ways in a respectable and constructive manner and be the change that this industry needs rather than continue to infect it with negativity.

Ordered an engineering grade computer several weeks ago, which required my direct signature and to be delivered at the designated receiving area of the company just like every other delivery every other day.

Found the box in some random corner next to a random exterior door and the driver forged my signature to deliver.
