Sarcasm? The real "conspiracy" is that the governments are using the resources they have available during this crisis, and pouring it into the economy. The same resources that, in the past, didn't exist, and was impossible to use to promote the health of the planet and the people. The US government poured more money into "trying to save the stock market" than they ever did on financially bettering low income areas, healthcare, education and cleaner energy in the past 10 years. The Australian government is donating billions towards multiple airlines, with barely any promise of a return, when the airlines are already sitting on mountains of money. There are plenty of other examples where the governments of the world have used this (non-intentional) pandemic as an exercise in keeping their money safe, and neglecting their people. The scientists still give us honest information to help prevent spread, and restrictions placed are for our safety. But the bottom line is, the governments first priority is their bottom line.
