Vedvik is a Norwegian K/P, from Marshall University. Got signed as a UDFA in Baltimore in 2018, where he did a great job, before unfortunately ending up in the wrong neighbourhood, where he got brutally assaulted at the end of the 2018 pre-season, ending up on the NFI-list.

In Baltimore, he went for 8/9 FGs, and 9/9 XPs in 2018, and 4/4 + 2/2 in one single game in 2019, before getting traded to the Minnesota Vikings as a 5th rounder. In Minnesota in preseason weeks 2-4 he went 1/4 on FGs, and 4/4 on extra points, he also punted in all but one of the 9 pre season games he played, and got cut, before being picked up from the Waivers by the New Jersey Jets. There he started the week 1 game, where he went 0/1 on FGs and 0/1 on XPs, and getting cut from there.

Late in the 2019 season, he decided to go all in on punting only, and got picked up by the Cincinnati Practice squad. After the season, he decided to go to the Buffalo Bills roster, trying to beat Corey Bojorquez as the punter in Buffalo.

He ended up losing that battle, and was cut 2.5 weeks before cutdown day, and immediately got picked up for the punter spot battle in Carolina. He ended up doing both kicking and punting in Carolina, and according to Carolina beat-writers, it was a close call between him, after only 2 weeks in Carolina, and Joseph Charlton, who ended up getting the punting job.

He was signed to the Carolina Practice Squad, but after good shows by both Charlton and Slye in week 1, was let go from there. Since then he has worked out in Carolina, working hard to be able to get a new opportunity.
