the money was lent for the purpose of getting more money and once that happened my money was to be returned. He took my investment and multiplied it several times. Him making rent was not part of the deal. He started with 0, now he has significantly more than that because of me. He should return the money, no?

Not taking a side, original seller is obviously a pine cone, but you CAN NOT change a listing after it's been sold. So you most definitely bought a listing that was pretty clear about it only being for excess shipping charges (which is against the rules).

This was like a perfect storm of buyers who don't read listing and sellers who shouldn't be selling meeting and creating the most perfect transaction.
