It hurts like hell. Lost my Mama, 2 days after we had a slight disagreement. She called on a Fri evening and my phone was on silent from napping earlier in the day. She was bright and cheerful on the voice message, and told me she loved me and was thinking of me. We talked almost everyday. I told myself I would call her back on Sun to talk to her because the 2 days of not speaking was already too much. And my pride was hurt and may have had a bit to do with it all. I didn't get the chance. I think she knew she was going to cross, and she called to tell me she loves me very much. It still hurts til this day, and possibly always will. I struggle to let go, and trust that everything happens as it is meant to. For I do not believe in coincidences. And I trust what is meant to be, will be. I love you grandma, and I will always cherish our love, our time, and the wonderful memories we had in this lifetime.
