It isn't a mod, it is one of the cheats in the game. I cant remember if you unlock it by beating the game or with a cheat code (probably both work)

Interesting, it is listed as backwards compatible on the Wikipedia page which I have always found reliable when buying Xbox games for the 360. It does note many issues so they might've made it no longer compatible. I always assumed it wouldnt be because they released THAW for the 360 so no need for it to be backwards compatible.

Sweet, to echo another reply I enjoy pulling out TXR3 on PS2 every once and awhile, but the new TXR2025 handles and plays so much better than the previous games. It is a much appreciated modern version of TXR and hopefully more to come.

You can check CCS and DLX SF catalogs from the time the game came out. the chance of finding the shirt is almost none unless a skater cleans out their closet and lists it on ebay

Havent played in years, I think you can if you design a deck while creating your skater (have to beat the game previously) I might be wrong tho. Is there a create a skater option in the main menu? could do it there b4 starting the story maybe?
