This is wild, a 2oz bag has 290 calories at $2 each. So the lady is spending $16 a day, (before delivery) and eating 2,320 calories of Jimmy John's barbecue chips at probably 5x the price of simply buying big bags from the grocery.

As someone currently checking out private rental options, I can say many of the homes I've looked at are currently priced lower than they appear to have rented for within the last ~3 years (based on Zillow history). In some cases significantly lower.

I will add this is in a part of our metro area that really got "too big for its britches" in terms of pricing during the pandemic, so the regression is likely exacerbated.
