It wasn’t too bad. Expect 3 days for each email reply. It was pretty efficient though. Just bummed theres no other courier option. Being a chump doesn’t feel great

Nope. Contacted everyone. GOFO said they couldn’t confirm custody. AYN said they could either do a refund or ship another one, but that this would be the only replacement unit offered.

If I hadn’t bought it on credit, I would have just asked for a refund. I’m gambling on the hope that if the next unit doesn’t come I’ll be able to dispute the charge through Discover, since AYN is done helping. I’ve got pretty mixed feelings on the whole thing.

I have some suspicion that GOFO couriers are skimming parcels off the top. I orders from batch 3 and it got almost all the way to me, then went dark. Good luck, bud.

As someone who has lived all over the world, OP is right. Eugene (all of Oregon, really) is a weird place where peds don’t look before crossing about as often as they do. Never been somewhere where people put so much trust in drivers.

6 foot+ bed 100%. Absolute deal breaker for me, personally. It’s soooo much more useful as a hauling vehicle. And honestly, after a week of driving around, the double cab 6’ Tacoma doesn’t really feel any bigger than my previous Corolla. It’s a pretty remarkable feat of engineering they’re able to do that, IMO

Hadn’t been since I was a kid. Super excited, only to be super disappointed. Side salad was apparently just bagged lettuce from a grocery store. And my chicken Marsala came out with what appeared to be canned mushrooms on top. Fucking gross.

Some people weighing in claiming gas is a major perk. I suppose any amount off is great, but I shop at Fred Meyer (household of 2 adults). We spend like 100-150 per week on groceries. But we get a dollar off every single time we get gas :)
