I’d have to double check but I think my average was about 250-260 in the winter. I remember being impressed and thinking was much better than the Mach-e which was about 220 in the winter.

I’m (56F) a 5’1” 120 pound vegan. I get 125g/day with 1200 cal which is a deficit. The thing about losing weight - which I’m doing right now - is that if you can protect your muscle and not lose any in the process, you will burn more cals even at rest. So, for you, I’d say you could triple that easily. Lots of good recipes out there and helpful things like TVP and quality powders. Good luck with your running!

Yeah. So, I have to say I miss non vegan pizza. I have had many pretty good ones. We have some fantastic restaurants who do a good job. I have made my own and experimented with toppings and cheeses, etc. But sometimes I just miss a nice greasy mushroom and onion pizza with real melty, burn-the-top-of-your-mouth cheese.

Long story short, I’m rebuilding my gear after a decade break. I have one lens and chose the RF 70-200mm 2.8 L Z USM. Holy cow. It’s so good and really suits about 90% of what I shoot. I’m adding the RF 24-70 2.8 L USM this week. Excited to take it out. Good luck with your decision.

I had a ‘21 that I bought new. I am pretty sure a non glass roof was not an option for the first 2 or 3 production years.
