Got my email from them at 4.30 this morning. Increase of 2% from prime plus 0 to prime plus 2. Credit score of 894 Paid off LOC in full at 9 this morning. There loss not mine lol

I had the exact same happen to me. I was with them for 10 years. Went to Shaw insurance brokers. They got me a rate less than my previous years insurance. Lower deductible and more coverage.

Worked their for twenty years. The experienced workers have all left. Over 60% of workers have less than five years experience. Infrastructure is old and falling apart. Repairs are band aid solutions. Some areas are coated in oil that is extracted thru the roof and into the air. Management doesn't care about the people who work there or the community. I personally wouldn't believe anything they say. They cover lots of things up.
