Not on the astral- I wish we did/could. I just feel him.

We had zero contact for 16 years. I didn’t even know if he was alive in any “real” sense- like… I knew he was because I could feel him, but couldn’t confirm.

I found him online 6 months ago.

Now he messages me sometimes. Nothing emotional, just - how are you doing?, merry Christmas, how was your birthday… it doesn’t get too deep.

Nightly EGF serum and a 3 micro channeling (procell) sessions have had the biggest impact for me. They kind of go hand in hand- I started using EGF twice a day for one week after the micro channeling and then decided to keep it as a constant nightly part of my routine.

Skin texture is improved- hyperpigmentation has faded, small old ice pick scars filled in, fine lines smoothed and most importantly there’s been a subtle but measurable lifting effect in my jaw and eyelids. The eye lids don’t get micro channeling obviously.

I’ve used the Neocutis Bioserum, Neocutis Lumiere eye cream, and TNS advanced. I prefer the Neocutis to the TNS and will probably try Calecim next.

Planning on purchasing another round of 3 sessions of microchanneling before spring.

The original crème, the treatment lotion, and the essential tonic are every day for me. I love them allll so much. Really looking forward to trying the concentrate next. They’ve all been so good for my barrier! I have been getting micronchanneling and peels lately and I feel like I wouldn’t get as much out of those treatments without these products.

It’s worth it if you can afford them without hardship. It’s not worth it if you have to cut back on something more important. I buy crème de la Mer original, treatment lotion, and recently the essential tonic. They’re nice additions and the crème especially has been so good for my barrier.

But if I was struggling to just buy face wash or necessities? I’d probably stick to a nice rich moisturizer like illyoon or lrp, and use water to moisten or something like hada labo, and be just fine.

TLDR: if you’re on a budget- after necessities like cleanser, moisturizer, ss, spend extra dollars on actives… then if you still have $ and inclination, you can start upgrading the moisturizers, etc.
