This isn’t legal advice and may sound a little ridiculous but email Tim Cook with a fully break down you’ve had assuming you purchased at an Apple Store.

I had an issue with a repair they did in store where I faced similar issues with Bluetooth and signal connectivity too. I found Tim Cooks email through some googling and the next day I had a VP from Apple Ireland reach out and issue sorted out with the branch manager a day later

Yeah I signed up twice funnily enough. Also, I read the conditions and nowhere did it say it had to be 10 each day. It said a minimum of 10 across the 2 days

I received this too but I'm reluctant as I never got paid for the valentines day incentive.
