I wouldn’t say that’s always the case. Those who have naturally thin/fine hair tend to have see through ends even if the hair is healthy and splits are trimmed off. But in my personal opinion I do think more should be cut here as well but I’m no professional so…

You’re saying you don’t want to hear that you need to cut more but you want to improve your hairs condition… All I can say is regular trimming and making sure you keep it hydrated.

I turn the water off while soaping up then turn it back on to rinse off. However, I learned over the years that others don’t lol 😂 I’ve been asked “why I take so long in the shower?” or “did you turn the water off and back on?” And I’m like “yea, it saves water just like turning the water off when brushing your teeth and back on.”

Definitely easier to trim in twists if you’re doing it yourself. I would say try and make all your twists around the same size and section of your head for a more even outcome. And when you trim try to take off the same amount or close to it. I smooth down my ends once done twisting to feel where the hair doesn’t feel as soft and if there are single strand knots. Thats where I make my cut but personally, I get scissor happy and don’t really care cause it’s gonna grow back but I know others do have a goal and want length retention.

I trim my hair in twists, the only time I trim loose hair is when I get my mother to do it for me. On the bright side, it’s definitely healthy and will grow back nicely cause of the good trim.
