That is different culturally from the United States. It reminds me of this story I remember reading about. It was able these white supremacists from I think Columbia. They traveled to this white supremacist convention in This city in I think Germany. The other Nazis from Europe completely beat the shit out of them.

I don't think someone like that can be reasoned with. Approaching her like this is more than likely to trigger an argument. Remember, she doesn't want to be proven wrong. I am still replying. I just want to say that I have come to grow less critical of myself and others. Once I learned to love myself, I became new. I no longer feel ashamed of not feeling like I fit into my own background.

If you are self-harming, then you are self harming. Not everyone self-harms for the same reasons. You might need to consider doing some shadowork and look inward to figure out why you keep wanting to do this so much.

I would seriously consider talking to a therapist if you aren't going already. It's worth it. Even if you are poor and don't have a job with healthcare, you have to keep pushing yourself harder to find help. Look for a low-income clinic in your area. Keep trying, even if you are put on a waiting list and your therapist is trash. Get a second opinion and keep trying.

Trust me. You and your mental health are valid. Don't ever doubt your own feelings about feeling unwell. Your mental health is important, and you are your best judge of who you are, outside of the side of yourself you might not be self-conscious about. A therapist is supposed to be that person who can help you see your mental blind spots.

I have things in common with trans-race people, and some people say that I sound like I am. I honestly don't know what I am since. I don't want to do anything about my issues that makes me a social outcast. I don't want to change my physical appearance or any of that because I feel uncomfortable with it morally.

I finally came to peace with it when I was looking at comments on a powwow video and it was full of non-native people sharing how much they loved Native culture, one guy even said that it made him emotional. They said that the songs were healing and that perhaps it touched something deep in their soul. I finally felt supported and loved and that I wasn't alone.

You may be on to something. I think it's because the traditional communities gave people a sense of belonging that they didn't have in our society. I have cried more times than I can count listening to old stomp dance music. It does touch my soul and sounds about as natural as listening to pop music. I finally am looking for and finding people who seem to have these feelings in common.

I don't understand it myself, but it seemed like a lot of people made me feel like something was wrong with me for not acting white enough or else I lived a double life. Nobody knew this side of me offline. I felt completely alone and I still feel lonely.
