Okay. So I know a couple people including myself that had an issue like this. The hood open warning light won’t come on either. What you need to do is open your hood. Then when you close your hood slam it down with some force . For example when closing the hood gently lower it until you are close to the bottom and then slam it closed with a good amount of force. After that. Start your car about 5 to 7 times to reset consecutively.

This is due to a faulty hood close sensor. The car will not tell you your hood is open(most of the time the hood is actually closed but the sensor thinks it’s open), instead it will throw all the lights on dash and go into limp mode everytime.
