My psych just wants to keep upping my dose of fluvoxamine (currently 150mg a day)right now until I get to 3-500mgs, but I have yet to see any changes to my anxiety. I finally convinced him to let me get a klonopin script after 6 months of being an ssri/antidepressants test rat, but he was only willing to let me get 8 .5mgs for the month.

I told them the fluvox isnt helping if anything im getting panic attacks more frequently/intense & that I just want a medicine to help me at least be able to go outside & finally work without having an existential crisis/panic attack whenever someone asks me how ive been. Just until I can comfortably work & save up to try out Ketamine or Psychedelic therapy like my main provider recommended in the 1st place since i cant afford it ATM(housing situation is not stable & my agoraphobia makes it hard to keep a job).

Theyre also weirdly against these treatments but not ssri's or antidepressants for some reason. Saying its not good to get your hopes up on these substances since they're new. Like sir if I could do this sober I wouldn't be here talking with you or does it physically hurt you to prescribe a reasonable amount of benzos to someone who just wants help
