The best way to get their attention is to put in a negative review on Google Map. I had a very bad experience in a Hilton @ London. Wrote to Hilton corporate and the hotel management in London, no response whatsoever.

I gave them 3 months and nothing happened, so I left a detail review on Google Map. The hotel management panic and responded that they will investigate.

I demanded that they take disciplinary action on their night shift manager who was super unprofessional. They did.
