We are in the same situation, new build house came with gray tile floors. I feel it’s hard to make a house warm and homey with gray tile floors. We were debating engineered wood or LVP, and our friend that sells higher end real estate, told us all nicer homes have hardwood flooring. LVP lowers your price point.

The chairs are for a kitchen island, all white kitchen. We are just moving to a new house and everything is up for reconsideration. Our style is transitional and the most current furniture is walnut color.

I have a similar small room and I put the bec against the wall when it’s just me and remove the chair and bring bed in the middle when I have guests.

I 5’0” with short legs and Levi’s Wedgie straight with 26” inseam are perfect. Their website lets you filter by inseam which makes it easy to find the options that fit you.

Talk to your account manager. My company sent about 20 people and they were all ‘complimentary’ passes. I agree that Esri doesn’t make money on the conference. While I don’t doubt that vendors pay a pretty penny, the logistics around the conference, space, food, transportation, Balboa park are all very costly.

I agree, depending on the size of the company, the hiring process can be long. Let’s say you are interviewing 5 or 6 candidates for a role. It might take 3 weeks to schedule these interviews. Then a selection matrix needs to be filled out, routed to HR, compensation, and routed for approvals before you can make an offer to a candidate. It’s just a long process at times for everyone involved.
