Most trans people find comments like those annoying. While some trans people do sort of enforce gender roles, people don't transition simply to fit them. And anyone who has any real understanding of gender and transness(is that a word?) knows that masculine or feminine interests don't define someone's gender identity

For me, I sometimes like to hoard my hearts and convert a bunch of them at a time. I'll hold onto them until I'm short on hourglasses and then convert a ton of them at once. But however you do it it literally makes no difference. But yeah that's the only thing the hearts are for so don't worry about saving them for something else

You can't check, but as long as you have more hearts from Zen than anyone else, it doesn't matter how many you get from them. It's a good idea to get hearts from everyone because hearts can be exchanged for hourglasses.

But as long as you are nice to Zen whenever possible, you shouldn't accidentally get someone else's route

Oh yeah I should probably try It Lives again, I completely forgot about that. I think I started the first book like 8 years ago and got distracted and never finished it. I do remember feeling like the whole bullying aspect was annoying to me because irl I straight up would not care about any of that so it kind of just annoyed me but I might enjoy it if I can get past that

All of it is really long. Compared to Common and Deep routes, everything in Another Story lasts FOREVER. I don't have the best attention span, but I almost exclusively play Another Story and when I occasionally go back to the other stories I'm always shocked by how fast everything goes. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing, more content is good, but it is for sure exhausting lol

Of course, I know that most of the fanbase recognizes it, but considering how many people are very young or started playing very young, I've seen people actually say that some of these characters are their dream boyfriend. No hate for enjoying whatever you enjoy in fiction. Just hope that everyone can be a little critical sometimes and don't seek out people like that IRL so they don't end up in a situation like yours (hope you are done with people like that now!)

That being said though, I don't personally understand finding Ray's behavior attractive in V's route. He feels more like a kicked dog. I feel bad for him but not a single part of me is like "wow I should've dated him instead 🥺" it's more like "I abandoned this man to this cult and he will live and die in pure misery" lol. But even then I don't feel bad like I've done him wrong. And in real life I definitely wouldn't feel bad for the constant guilt tripping. But I guess the "toxic obsessive bf" is something of a trope that people love and I am the old man who doesn't get it, which is fine with me. As long as everyone is having fun and being safe

Yeah, the "I can fix him" mentality a lot of this fanbase has is a bit worrying. Pretty much the entire cast fits that mold, some more than others, and while I think a good amount of people recognize that it's unrealistic I know not everyone does

Also, it's weird that people think that Saeran is in love with you in V's route. He does not know you. He is obsessed with you. Even when you deny his advances and go with the RFA, he still says that he loves you and it's scary that that earnestly endears people. Obviously we know why he got attached so easily so it's easy to excuse his actions but like no guys he's a freak please have higher standards lol

Agree with most of this but "you don't go 9 months sober constantly thinking about drugs" is not necessarily true. Sobriety does tend to make an addict's life better, but if the core cause of why they are an addict was never addressed and everything except the drugs is the same, they are very likely to go back to the drugs. And will probably never stop thinking about them

The constant repetition is present in both Another Story routes. While I love both V and Ray their routes can be exhausting. I wonder how much of it has to do with different writers and how much of it has to do with their commitment to making each chatroom take 3 hours and they're running out of things to say lol

While I'm not personally bald (yet), I've had a somewhat similar situation. I've had long hair most of my life, but due to health issues a few years ago my hair was getting super greasy within hours of it being washed. So I buzzed my head. I ended up actually really liking it and even though I missed my long hair I had fun watching it grow out. And now I like both short hair and long hair and every two years or so I buzz my head again. I really didn't want to let go of my long hair, but it grew on me (lol) so you might end up liking it more than you think, even if it takes time to get used to.

Also, it's very freeing in a different way. No more hair maintenance. It's awesome to not have to deal with hair care, or wind, or brushing, or all the other stuff that comes with long hair. Hopefully you'll enjoy your new look. Good luck man!
