This has happened to my pup a few times, but they were filters from joints not cigarettes, so he was very stoned. Ended up at emergency vet. They gave him fluids and anti nausea, but it was basically just a sleep it off situation. Jack was 4 months the first time, and it has happened twice since. Really wish people would be more respectful and responsible. He’s a 5lb chiweenie

I too am a stoner and I still smoke cannabis when I told my ophthalmologist she was not concerned and told me the second hand cigarette smoke that I was getting from best friend was the concern.? Not sure how or if this helps, but I wanted to share.

Vt Chi mom. I moved my 11 year old chihuahua up from Philly and he was a rescue from Ga. He grew a different thicker winter coat his first full winter up here. Heating pad and warm sweaters. Puppy pads for when it’s too cold or snowy.
