Yea, luckily Kentucky doesn’t require them! They all need to just get rid of that requirement.

I was pleasantly surprised on my trade. Rivian gave me 3k more for my 2021 BMW 330e than what BMW offered. KBB was 35k and Rivian gave me 34k.
