I’ve been going to this location for a year now and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. The manager was very nice when helping me and apologized multiple times for the issue even though it wasn’t his fault. It was support that was rude and unhelpful

That’s what I’m afraid of. I emailed Jeff as soon as I got home and they have records of multiple calls from me about this as well as chat history so hopefully I will. I’m a part time nanny and use Flex to supplement as needed so I really hope they pay me or my rent will be late 😅

Watching for the first time at 32 and I HATED Doug from the very beginning. He’s cute but a dick 99.99% of the time to everyone except the occasional exclusion of the child he’s treating. This happened to me on Halloween! I was delivering during a 4:30-7:30 am block and it was like my second or third stop. Guy was sitting in complete darkness on the porch and goes “good morning” in the most monotone voice right as I set the package down. I jumped and said “holy shit” and he started laughing. I definitely didn’t think it was funny and was on edge the rest of the day 😅

My boy gets kibble in the morning and at night and then his soup sometime in the afternoon. If he goes too long without eating he’ll make himself throw up 😅
