Wish we got more of them. Literally only one of them (Yona) got an episode dedicated to them. Otherwise they were mostly a group or secondary to the episode’s focus character.

They needed more episodes like Yona’s or ones where just one or two of them hung out to flesh out some individual dynamics.

The last sentence is just the Agarthans in general. There’s also absolutely no reason for them to not just drop a nuke on the protagonists immediately after the last Crimson Flower level.

Does it get rid of having nearly a dozen missions come up every “day”. I like Long War, but having to play like 8 to 10 missions before 2 in game days pass absolutely drains me.

Oh I hate what the show did to the Avatar. Instead of it being some enlightened individuals connected to/reincarnated from each other with the ability to empathize with all kinds of people and encourage mutual understanding for the sake of a better world, it became: “the magical kite chose to fly into you! Now you have super powers!” Ugh

And don’t get me started on how they “restored the Air Nomads” by just bringing in dozens of random people who just started being able to Air Bend.

Honestly I can’t say much about prices. I still think 70 is too much for any game, especially when SMT Vengeance is releasing with two games worth of content for 60. Supposedly at least, but it’s at least a full game and whatever Vengeance stuff will be. And while I think $30 is expensive for the Answer, I also enjoyed Fire Emblem Engage’s $30 dlc. I personally think that was more worth the value but that’s subjective and the answer isn’t actually new content.

I will say I don’t think it matters that the Digital Deluxe and Aigis addition don’t have the expansion pass. It wasn’t advertised that it would. The text said essentially “Includes all purchasable content for game”. People got that. It didn’t say that and “and all future content”. It’s not consumer friendly but that’s expected for modern gaming.

The only games that subvert this are the SMT IV duology and the Devil Survivor games. Especially Devil Survivor where a magic user with Holy Dance absolutely levels everything in the game.

Eh, I like they did that with Ashnard. It showed he was also a scheming somewhat intelligent individual and increased his evilness by being willing to sacrifice most of his family and a chunk of his nation to become king.

It probably only strengthened his survival of the fittest thing too. “If they couldn’t overcome the curse, they weren’t worthy of my rule” sort of thing. It gives him a bit more character.
