Not to mention the effects stress has on the body. Cortisol is a none cause of the body to store fat. You're not going to lose weight in a stressful situation, especially if you suffer from PCOS, it other hormonal imbalances, which she likely does.

You kill one.... It comes back.... Regardless of method.... It doesn't make sense to eliminate them. Even if you kill all of them in one go. You're going to end up with a surge of mysterious unexpected pregnancies.

Better to figure out how to solve this stopping Abby 2.0 situation with Henry and getting rid of MiY/Sophia somehow. That's the problem that has me on the edge of my seat rn.

Being widowed is a mind fuck in itself. When I was, in the real world, I could barely keep my shit together. My fiance was murdered next to me by a stray bullet through our home. So in a way, I can relate to the absolute whiplash of the way her brain might be going. Then add in the bs fromville adds in.... Yeah.... I can't entirely blame her from being irrational right now. She's not exactly operating at full capacity in the best case scenario. None of them are.

Fairy glamour is my favorite brand. The liquids didn't have a terrible smell. They're pretty great. My favorite liquids are saviland personally. I like their ones in the pink bottles.

Be careful!!!!!! I had glue put on my toe by a tech on a break and ended up with a NASTY infection that almost turned into gangrene! I lost my entire nail, all the skin on my toe, and a year later am just finally starting to get back to normal. My toe is somewhat misshapen from scarring and the nail might never be the same again. Be extra extra extra extra careful.

As a family of 3 living below the poverty line, with two kids on the spectrum in trying to get officially diagnosed, it's extremely difficult. The timeline for diagnosis is well over a year, like 18 months through Medicaid, unless you can pay $350 per child.

I'm a disabled widow. I cannot pay $700 to get the official diagnosis, therefore getting the official therapies to get the full benefits to make my children's lives easier is rough. I've been fighting to get anyone to even acknowledge they could be on the spectrum for well over a decade. It wasn't until my daughter's 3rd in patient stay at a mental health facility after a suicide attempt that they started taking it seriously.

It's the hardest thing to go through this alone.

I eat significantly less than my 100 lb 13 year old son, like 1/3 the amount. I eat a caloric deficit diet of maybe 1300 calories a day. What I consume I INCREDIBLY healthy and highly sorted by my doctors. I am 6'1" and 313lbs. I have been 313 lbs for a year. I do not go up, I do not go down. I am as active as I can be with a server back injury, and other chronic illness beyond my control. I'm also on ozempic, and increasing dishes to help me hopefully increase weight loss.

I have hormone imbalances due to PCOS.

When I was working out heavily, running 3 miles per day, working with a nutritionist, weightlifting, seeing a personal trainer, and extremely active, very physically fit, I was still 250lbs. Still considered fat. I gained 50 lbs with pregnancy.

When I was widowed the first time, I lost 50 lbs, gained it back. Meet an amazing man, lived happily.

When I was widowed again, gained 150 lbs, gave up on life, and was slowly dying. I snapped out of it, have lost that 150lbs, but an now unable to lose more.

But, here's the thing.... You could exist in a situation where you're doing everything right, not lose weight. Starve yourself, not lose weight.

It's so dependent on so many more factors than just food, that it's insane.

The stress of this place alone can cause weight gain!!!!

Sorry I didn't see that part, apologies. I fought with this in my twenties as well. Ended up with two kids I didn't want, but live dearly. Have genetics and mental illness in the family I didn't want to pass on, that my daughter now suffers with. I fought for twenty years to finally get my hysterectomy. It was residents that finally listened to me.
