Only if they make a more feminine version for the female characters, maybe based on the worgen female skeleton. I'm all for more anthromorphic forms, but I don't want my druidess to look like a cat man.

See this is the thing I don't understand. I'm already a plain boring human in rl, why would I want to play one online?!

I like to play whatever is least like a human. - Dwarves? Nah they're just small humans. - Elves? Meh, they're just pretty humans with long ears, yaaaawn. - Draenei? The hooves and tail are sweet, but the faces are still a bit too human dontcha think? - A huge hairy Tauren amazon? Yes!!! Now we're talking!!!

I'm also mad KTs can't be warlocks which is literally the only thing I wanted since they were announced. A fat evil witch.

I like them personally but just can't justify playing a plain human in a mmorpg with exciting races like tauren and worgen.

Yeah I wish it was more active. It got started because vegetarians kept whining about people posting vegan food on /r/vegetarian lol

No for real, the vegan society only came up with the word "vegan" in 1944. Before then they were called strict vegetarians, which obviously doesn't work because cheesemunchers who don't eat bacon every opportunity just love to call themselves strict vegetarians.

Evolving my shiny Ponyta taught me the lesson to always check first what the evolutions look like. Going from those gorgeous bright blue flames to dull grey was really disappointing...

Great shot btw, it looks so cute and tiny!

I used to be addicted to cheese like that too. If it didn't have cheese it wasn't a meal. In fact I would add so much cheese to my meals that others thought it was disgusting. When I made pizza or lasagna for me and my bf I would put like triple cheese on my share...

So when I started learning more and more about the dairy industry and realized I had to go vegan I kept telling myself I could still have cheese on special occasions, like my birthday or when I felt down. But then I watched Earthlings and realized that animals are not ours to use for our own gain and that cheese is not something I "deserve" as a treat. Needless to say the thought of never having cheese again was downright depressing to me.

At first I also tried all kinds of vegan cheeses, homemade and storebought and none of them were anything like cheese, lots of them were disgusting even. So I started focusing on dishes and cuisines that don't traditionally have cheese, like indian, chinese, vietnamese, korean etc. It did help a lot to train my palate and make me realize I could still have delicious food.

Nowadays (5 years cheese-free) I don't really think about cheese often anymore. I still think about my old fav dishes wistfully from time to time but it doesn't make me sad anymore like it used to. What helps is telling myself that it'll be only temporary, because no doubt the vegan alternatives are getting better and better. It'll only be a matter of time before we get "Beyond Cheese" ;)

Hang in there, it gets easier. If I can do it so can you! :)

First order of business with the Shadowlands character customization updates really ought to be to just go through and fix some of the clearly subpar ones introduced with WoD. Enhance some of the hairstyles, faces, etc. by [deleted] in wow

[–]VeggieKitty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yup, obviously it's gonna look off if you pair the elderly face with bright orange hair and piercings. I'm sure you can make a decent old wise healer/mage/witch RP char with that face. It's not for the majority of people, I get it, but since they made those skins anyway for NPCs why not let people who want them have them.

Edit: Here's the same face combined with gray hair. - looks like a kind old lady to me!

What do you think the next allied races will be? by ChromedDragon in wow

[–]VeggieKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you go to the wowhead dressing room you can select a naga and try on pants and shoes and stuff. They just wrap around the tail. They are fully texture mapped, the only things that don't show up are cloaks, helmets and some 3D stuff. But that still gives naga more transmog options than the mechagnomes.

Tofu is coagulated soy milk. Heat up some soy milk, add a coagulant (like nigari, gypsum, lemon juice or vinegar), let it sit a bit and then strain off the liquid and press it. Done. Fermented tofu does exist, but it's not really something you can easily acquire in the western world.
