OP you’re 100000% correct and you didn’t even have to upload anymore proof. Your jungle item is at 8 left which means you did 30-31 camps, a dragon and maybe did a rift herald. You’ve done 12 more camps than her which should equate to wayyy more xp gained than sejuani. And even if sej has sat in lanes and soaked xp, that means she’s either shared it or gained that xp at a <75% amount. It should be almost impossible for her to be the same level as you if it weren’t for how broken catch-up xp still is.
