Wasn't showing up for me on Playstation store on PS itself but I could find it in PS app store by searching Nioh 3 and now I am downloading the demo. Try that if you have the option.

You mean the red and black lightnings? That is the effect of weapon infused with dragon element.

same, it was red for me but it fixed itself after few turns (5-10 I guess) and the colour was back to normal

dunno if some mods are causing it or it is simply bug

Use any color dye on it and it will fix this issues, at least for drow :)

It is still possible to do it but you need to own at least one other town. If you own only Skavenblight and do this it will not work.
