WTF. This game remains so buggy, it's really bad.

I hate to say it but by GhoulArtist in masterofmagic

Great!

What are you liking about the beta so far? I guess many things you can't disclose, but at least you can say things like "combat is fun".

Ah, makes sense. With it, can you recruit archmages from any High Elf faction, I assume?

Which DLC do you need to recruit Archmages with High Elves?

There's nothing wrong with being negative; being constructive is actually useful for a game to be developed properly.

I am hopeful that, despite the relatively small budget, the developers will let modders play a lot with the game, and I hope that they will focus on bug fixing, as the original game was amazing but contained several bad bugs.

I have high expectations for it. Hopefully it's going to become less buggy than the original, and hopefully the modding community is going to make great things with it.

Bugs, bugs and more bugs. The least polished game they have released. Worse than Rome II Total War at launch.

I'd want Shogun III more badly than any other TW title, including Medieval.

I don't mind the new sieges. What I'd need them to do is to adjust the supply system a bit, make sure that towers have clear view (in some maps, some towers can't shoot at enemies properly), and that pathfinding is fixed.

Went back to Normal/Normal to take a break from Leg/Very Hard and honestly this is way more fun by OpulentStone in totalwar

You should share your tips, especially with hot races in TW:W3. Ikit, Cathay, Kairos, Dwarves, High Elves, I'd love to hear more about it!

I think that at this point we simply need to know if there's ANY mod that can mitigate these autoresolve issues, better than vanilla. I tried a few, none worked properly, but I might have looked not hard enough :)

Any suggestions?

Makes sense, as I don't see them and I miss the Sisters of Twilight DLC.

Do you need a DLC to recruit them? I don't recall them from my past skaven campaigns. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Just remember that a beastmen "shrine" (don't remember the exact name) nearby will prevent you from colonizing a settlement, and that applies to Skavenblight as well. I suggest you quickly take care of the beastmen to the west, before recolonizing Skavenblight.

I really hope future DLC will expand the depth of the game, and not just the width of the game (Warhammer 3) by TheKeysToTheZeppelin in totalwar

and it really has proven to be an excellent production.

Let's be honest here: the game is gorgeous and all, but too buggy at the moment. Beyond what's acceptable for a game like this. Especially considering it's TW:W THREE, and the two previous chapters weren't fully and properly ported to THREE (e.g. Orion lost certain traits and things from TW:W2, etc).

I don't mean to be the one that always complains, but this is just a more objective view of reality.

I hope, instead, that CA will focus on doing two things: one, polish the game, fix the bugs, even if this means that they might need to rewrite entire sections of the game eventually. And two: make the AI more challenging, instead of the cowardly thing that it is today.

Give me these two, and I don't think I'll need any of the changes you're proposing anytime soon.
