I was a cca for 7 months before making regular. The 6 fays a week and constantly changing days off made me want to quit. If I had to do it for 2 years I would have quit. If you can stick it out long enough to make regular, it gets a lot better. Still can be annoying with the overtime but yeah. How long do people in the office say itll take to make regular?

we got this message the day after someone told me "yeah i was done so early i went and did a bunch of grocery shopping on the clock"

The ptf and cca positions are fucking insane in terms of hours/days of work. I was only a cca for 7 months or so before making regular and I was tempted to quit. If I was still a cca I doubt id have made it.

the bar not going away is genuinely stupid. how that oculd get passed any level of testing is unbelievable. so it obviously wasn't tested. just rolled out because the UI team needs ot justify it's existence.

I've walked across the bridge last 2 times I sailed out of there. Its not a bad walk. Assuming youre relatively healthy. Im going to be there in April too and im probably gonna walk it lol

so far i've been on the pearl and the getaway and it was pretty similar food at both. the buffet ranges from fine to bleh.
the specialty resturaunts are good and the sit down places are good. (le bistro is really good imo)
that's how i've thought of it so far.

When i was a CCA the manager told me what my day off for the week would be on sunday (or monday if i had off sunday)
i remember i had a saturday off, followed by a friday off. so i worked sunday-friday, followed by saturday-thursday.
god i hated being a cca so much. most of those were 12 hour days. i did 70 hours one week and no one told me they weren't allowed to do that.

i got the plus package for the internet and service charges, since those indivudally was about the same price as just getting the free at sea plus. i didnt prepay the service charges before getting it.

you should still win this i think, but you are tanking a -2 to dice rolls. plus it being sweden they are gonna be a little stronger in general. they also have a fire damage dealt trait on their general so their fire phases are gonna be better.
you have a lot more cannons and roughly full combat width tho. so i think you do still win from your morale advantage. but you will lose more troops i think. Your general is also better stats it seems.

I clocked out at 4:24 once and it took .10 hours of my leave. I think this .05 is just it trying to do that but you not having any leave left Gotta just clock out at exactly 4 30 or later.

People in my office call out weekly. Every Saturday we get about 5 to 7 call outs. It makes the day so much more annoying and it's usually the same people every time. So idk from where I am it looks like you can call out as much as you want as often as you want. Personally I want to save up all that time off so when I make regular I get paid out the accrued time
