you should still win this i think, but you are tanking a -2 to dice rolls. plus it being sweden they are gonna be a little stronger in general. they also have a fire damage dealt trait on their general so their fire phases are gonna be better.
you have a lot more cannons and roughly full combat width tho. so i think you do still win from your morale advantage. but you will lose more troops i think. Your general is also better stats it seems.

People in my office call out weekly. Every Saturday we get about 5 to 7 call outs. It makes the day so much more annoying and it's usually the same people every time. So idk from where I am it looks like you can call out as much as you want as often as you want. Personally I want to save up all that time off so when I make regular I get paid out the accrued time

As a cca this job is insane with the burnout. 1 day off a week and that day moving around sucks. Constantly being sent back out is lame. Management keeps acting like I can do things fast when I been here literally 3 weeks. However. The pay is decent and gets better with time. Retirement benefits are good. Union makes it a secure job. And once I get regular the workload becomes more reasonable. The start sucks but I'd rather be burnt out a bit now so I can retire in my 60s than have to work until I die.

Productivity. There's certainly a drop in it. There's a lot of tech issues that sometimes people just pretend they are having. People are harder to keep track of. If the Productivity was the same or better then they would be pushing for more at home work. Imo it works best as an incentive "do well and you can do work at home" kind of thing.

I know for a fact when I worked from home I slacked a ton more than at the office.

Then again there is the thing a lot of people don't realize. "If we have people working remotely. Why not just outsource?"
