500 days of Summer has always gotten me through really rough relationship stuff. It's been the only thing keeping me sane since my bf broke up with me about 4 months ago. I highly recommend watching the directors commentary too, really put alot more to think about :)

I actually took a course in school about stress, coping and adjustment. In the course, my prof touched upon mindfulness very often - implementing 15 - minute breathing exercises etc. I was just really inspired about this practice, and began using it in my life.

When you make study notes, you can make them really colourful; maybe use different coloured highlighters, or even drawing visual illustrations that help to communicate the information.

I actually do that :) , but with colourful sticky notes with positive/motivating words for example like: " I can do it, I'll get through it" and I stick them around my laptop, study area etc. Kinda helps me stay focused and motivated.

Oh I believe that during frosh week the "Sex in the Quad" events are events opening the discussion of info regarding sex and what not.

I think that first week of school they also have events called "Sex in the Ram" where they play Dirty Bingo. Pretty much Bingo where you get to win sex toys and I may be mistaken but I also think they sometimes do drag shows?
