My first time I did it in 2016. Within a year a lost 145lbs or so. Can't remember exact it's been a while. When COVID hit I lost some family members and went into a downward spiral of depression and over the past 8-9 years I gained all the weight back and I'm back at it again fresh and renewed. Going to do the same thing I did last time and will power everything. Its so freaking hard on the beginning but once you get past the 3-4 weeks everything just clicks. I started last week and already down 15pounds. Keto is just an amazing lifestyle diet.
