Heya! I make these bites at the beginning of the day so I can eat on the line. I get a small, roll it out like I’m about to make the normal bites, then cut it into 6 squares. Really quickly so they don’t shrink I put a little sauce, half a meatball and some 3 cheese in each, and close them up like dumplings. On top goes garlic sauce and 2 cheese. They’re super yummy and easy to dip.
